Work in progressHome addition: exterior cladding
The outside of the new studio addition — house wrap, vertical siding, stone-look base, entry door trim and a small porch.
Now planning interior renovations for winter and outdoor projects for spring 2027.
Start planningYour exterior is the first thing people see and the first line of defence against wind and water. We replace it properly — wrap, flashing, trim and all.

Siding and window work is mostly about water management. We remove the old cladding, check the sheathing, install house wrap and flashing in the right order, and integrate new windows into that layer before the siding goes back on.
Because we see the wall open, we can tell you about damaged sheathing or insulation gaps while they are still easy to fix.

CompletedHalf of a double garage closed in and turned into an insulated, finished room with a window, and the outside re-sided.
CompletedAn old bay window replaced, re-flashed and re-sided outside, with a deep painted window seat and storage inside.
CompletedOld windows and rotted framing around them replaced, insulated and integrated into new house wrap and siding.
Yes. We can replace individual windows and finish the trim around them. If the siding is near the end of its life, doing both together usually costs less overall.
